Projects covered under the EIA Notification 2006 — chemicals, bulk drugs, dyes & intermediates, cement, large industrial estates and infrastructure — require prior Environmental Clearance from SEIAA Gujarat (Category B) or MoEF&CC (Category A) before Consent to Establish. The process involves Terms of Reference, baseline monitoring, an Environmental Impact Assessment study, a public hearing where applicable and an Environmental Management Plan.
We coordinate the entire EC pathway with accredited EIA agencies and laboratories, prepare Form 1 / pre-feasibility reports, manage the PARIVESH portal filing and represent the project before the Expert Appraisal Committee until clearance is granted.
